Our 8 Hour ServSafe food protection class is nationally approved and designed to teach the food service manager all aspects of food service sanitation from purchasing to serving the customer.

Special emphasis is placed on common pathogens, personal hygiene, rodent and insect control and principles of safe and sanitary food handling.

In addition, the curriculum is designed to meet the requirements of local, state and federal guidelines.
