Ms. Santa Lucia has spent over 30 years in the retail, restaurant, health care & education environments She is a certified Food Safety Sanitation Manager and Instructor Nationwide well as in The State of Illinois and The City of Chicago.
In addition. she is a passionate and certified instructor and proctor of ServSafe Food and Alcohol Training, B.A.S.S.E.T.T, NEHA, Prometric and TAPS safety training.
She is a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, The Illinois Restaurant Association, (IRA), The National Restaurant Association(NRA), The International Association of Food Protection (IAFP), and The Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce.
A lifelong passion for learning and teaching her education includes degrees in Communications, Business, Psychology, as well as a Master of Divinity Degree.
